Mr. & Mrs. Bob Turner
C/O Haunted Hydro
1024 Tiffin St.
Fremont, OH 43420
Dear Beth & Bob:
I would like to take this time and thank you
and your staff of the Haunted Hydro for your donations this
past year. With the economy in crisis, it is good to know
that community minded people are still around and willing
to help make Fremont a great place to live and work.
During the past fall, the Haunted Hydro and
Fremont Ross collaborated with entertainment and advertising.
You were willing to donate several sets of tickets to be given
away at all of our home football games. Not only did you donate
sets of tickets for our home fans, but also for our guests
from different communities. In turn we gave you a ½
page advertisement in our football program. In the advertisement,
you also give the consumer a built in coupon on their visit
to the Haunted Hydro. I truly believe that this type of partnership
is what is needed to not only help each other, but also the
families of Fremont and Sandusky County. Either it be Friday
Night Football at Don Paul Stadium or an evening of entertainment
at the Haunted Hydro, they are both affordable activities
during these tough economic times.
We will begin the process of putting the 2009
Fremont Ross Football Game Program together in the next few
months. I hope that we can again continue this partnership
for each other. If you have any further marketing ideas, please
contact me at anytime. I again thank you for your past support
and look forward to working with you in the future.
Sincerely,
Art Bucci

FriendShip Food Stores is pleased to again partner
with and sponsor the Haunted Hydro in 2009 as they celebrate
their 20th anniversary year. FriendShip has worked with the
Hydro for the past eight years and the partnership has grown
more beneficial over the years.
For the past four years, 2005-2008, FriendShip Food Stores
have sold a total of 2,802 advanced discount Hydro tickets.
In 2008 we partnered in a new arena by sponsoring a coupon
on the ticket which entitled the bearer to a free $1.00 lottery
ticket from any FriendShip location. The response was overwhelming!
Our stores sold 670 advance tickets and 836 lotto coupons
were redeemed. These tickets drove traffic into our stores
in two ways; once by the Hydro promoting us as the only place
to purchase $2.00 discounted tickets, and then again by driving
people back to redeem their free lotto coupon.
For 2009 we are excited to continue growing our partnership
with the Hydro by not only committing to sell the discount
tickets at all 24 FriendShip location; we look forward to
repeating this highly successful coupon program. We will be
highly marketing these ticket sales through coordinated reader
boards and providing pump toppers at our stores, having all
counter staff wear buttons to promote the Hydro. Additionally,
we will be including Haunted Hydro flyers in the 4,500 to
5,000 September and October propane billings of our parent
company Beck Oil. FriendShip is also looking forward to sponsoring
a Friendly Monster Matinee Sunday and a $50.00 FriendShip
Gas Card will be given during each of the five Hydro weekends
to patrons participating in polling to help us again identify
where people have traveled from.
Our previous experience with the Haunted Hydro has FriendShip
Food Stores excited to work with the Haunted Hydro on all
of these promotions and programs.
Sincerely,
Dennis Peters

Crazy Bob!!!
Hey, you told me to write you this when I had a minute.
I am the one who met his wife at the Hydro.
We were set up on a blind date on October 11, 2002. When we
arrived, we went through introductions and bought tickets
for the evening. When we came up to the door, you saw two
guys and two girls. When you did, you paired us up and had
us go in together, which gave us time to have fun in the Hydro
and get to know each other on a close (girl getting scared)
kind of way! We had a really good time, and enjoyed the Hydro.
I still tease her because one of the guys made her do the
chicken dance to get out of the fence room.
Once we were done, we went back to my friends' house and talked
the evening away, getting to know each other a little better.
At this time, we exchanged phone numbers and the fire was
lit! We dated for 3 years and were married on October 1, 2005.
We have two other children from past relationships, but as
a product of ours, we have a 4 year old boy, Memphis.
Halloween is both of our favorite holidays, and we always
make sure to visit the Hydro in October every year!
This year will celebrate 7 years together and 4 years happily
married.
Thank you Crazy Bob! Good Job!!
See you in October!

Dear Crazy Bob
In 1996 my husband and I had our first date
at the Haunted Hydro. We
consider Halloween to be our "special" time of year.
We even got married
close to Halloween: October 24, 1998. We've always tried to
come back
every year for our anniversary. However, due to financial
responsibilities
of adulthood we haven't always been able to come and see you.
Last year we
came for our 10th anniversary. And as always, your monsters
literally
scared the piss out of me. (Just a little dribble though.)
Anyway, I am both sad and excited to tell you we won't be
coming this
year. We are expecting our 3rd child on yes of all dates October
31st. A
Halloween baby, how cool is that! Is one of your witches responsible
for
casting a spell on us?
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for having the
biggest bad
ass haunted attraction. And thank you for being an important
part of our
"family history." Keep it up Bob, and we'll see
you next year.
Sincerely,
Dameion & Michelle Cortez
